For the hard copy, the price ends up being 49 € for surface shipping or 59 € for air mail. (Note that the latter price is not much lower than what you can get by ordering the book without a promotion code from Germany.)

Since surface shipping may take a week or more, the promotion code will be most useful for purchasing the ebook version, which should then cost about 28 €.
